Irish Coffee

Make in any amount needed

This delicious hot beverage recipe for Irish coffee is not just for special occasions, such as St. Patrick's Day. It is perfect for a quiet, relaxing evening at home. And, with the addition of the optional whipped cream topping, it can be presented as an easy adult dessert with or without cookies or sweet pastries on the side.

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed hot coffee
  • Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey's (as much as desired)
  • Whipped cream (optional topping)

Pour hot coffee into cup or mug, leaving enough space for Irish cream. Add Irish cream and stir. If desired, add whipped cream on top. Serve immediately.
