This is an easy and delicious chicken presentation that is equally appropriate for a weeknight meal or casual entertaining. I got the recipe from a friend years ago. The flavors of the lemon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, butter and Parmesan cheese complement each other perfectly without overwhelming the chicken. The recipe can be made in any amount needed, using purchased chicken parts rather than a whole bird. I usually use less butter, but I listed the original amount called for so you can decide.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine butter, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan and melt over medium-high heat. (Can be melted in microwave on high heat.) Remove from heat. Combine cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese in bowl or plastic bag.
Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture. Roll or shake in cracker crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining butter mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and browned.
