Makes one pie
Rania writes: "I have a very nice dessert recipe to share with you. It is very tasty."
Place the unopened can of milk in a pot filled with water and put on heat for 3 hours; add water to pot when needed. After the 3 hours the milk will turn to tasty caramel.
Crush the biscuits. Combine well with the melted margarine. Press in a pie pan. Place the sliced bananas on the bottom of the crust, then pour the milk caramel over them. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with the chocolate. Chill until serving.
Conversions: Rania says the biscuits she uses are like a vanilla cookie, so vanilla wafers can be substituted. Three hundred grams of biscuits equals about 21 ounces or 1-1/4 pounds. Two hundred grams of margarine or butter equals about 7 ounces or 14 tablespoons.
