Joan writes: "I have the most awesome recipe for chocolate frosting! I guarantee that if anybody tries this it will have people begging you for the recipe. I've already given it out many, many times."
Melt together the chocolate chips, water, and honey. Let cool to room temperature. (Do not put in refrigerator - it will make the frosting grainy looking.) Whip cream until soft peaks form. Carefully stir in the cooled chocolate. Frost the cake and store in the refrigerator. It tastes even better if you let it chill overnight!
