Makes about 2 cups
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, stir well. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, stirring often. Let cool. Put in blender, process at high speed 10 seconds until smooth. Refrigerate.
