Fred sent this recipe with a narrative on grilling steaks, which is included in the additional recipes submitted by Fred listed below.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash or 2 Tabasco (can use other hot sauce)
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Bourbon, more or less to taste

Mix all together. Place the steaks in the marinade for at least one hour and turn over 2 or 3 times. Grill as suggested in the Tips for Grilling Steaks in the additional recipes listed below.
