Vanessa writes: "I hate to say it, this one is oh so fattening, but too good not to eat!"
Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, then remove. Add sugar, flour, nuts, baking powder, vanilla, eggs and mix well. Spread into pan. Mix filling ingredients and spread over chocolate. Bake 25 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake two minutes longer.
Prepare the frosting by combining butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk over low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over marshmallows and swirl together. Cool and cut into bars.
