This green bean recipe makes a quick, easy, healthy and delicious side dish. It goes well with most any meal, especially those with other Asian-flavored dishes.
Place beans and water in a medium skillet over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-high, cover and cook until just tender, about 10 minutes depending on size and freshness. Remove the lid and add the remaining ingredients. Continue to cook until the liquid evaporates, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
