Makes about 1-1/2 cups
This quick and easy horseradish sauce can be served with beef, such as beef tenderloin or corned beef, or as a dip for vegetables. If desired, freshly grated horseradish can be substituted for prepared. For an equally delicious and lighter version, see the similar and related recipes.
Mix all ingredients. Let stand at least 30 minutes before using or refrigerate overnight.
Notes: As the sauce sets, the heat from the horseradish will become more intense. Therefore, if you do not want too much heat, start with less horseradish and taste before serving, at which time you can add more.
