Ray writes: "This recipe is quick and easy, and one that I have always liked."
Mix together the first 5 ingredients and spread on bread triangles. Put on greased cookie sheet. Broil in oven, 6-inches below broiler, for 3 to 4 minutes. Watch closely, these babies go from done to burnt in no time flat!
Notes: Look for both the net and dry weights on the can of crab meat. A can with a net weight of 6-ounces usually has a dry weight of 4.25-ounces, which is about 120 grams.
