Terrie writes: "I got this great barbecue idea that I tried the 4th of July and it came out great. Black beans and rice are a good side dish. We had some extra shrimp from shrimp cocktail that we did the same to and it was pretty darn good."
Cut pork chops into 1 inch squares. Toss some taco seasoning on them and put them on skewers (see note below), with onions, green peppers and mushrooms if you like, and grill.
Note: Don't forget to soak your skewers before putting them on the grill if they are wooden.
