Serves 4 to 6
Mary Ellen writes: "This has always been a real winner with people who like hot foods, but it is also great when using a mild salsa. I've made it both ways, and it is always good!"
Thaw and squeeze excess water from spinach. Put into a covered 1-1/2 to 2 quart microwave dish. Add sour cream and salsa and mix. Add cheeses and mix in lightly. Cover and heat in microwave until bubbly hot and cheese has melted. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
