Many of the salad dressing recipes listed below were created years ago by my mother. Others I added to the collection. They are all very easy and delicious on salad greens or vegetables. Most can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator until needed. See the individual recipes for specifics, as well as the similar and related recipes for additional choices and applications.
Make according to the instructions with the individual recipes. In most cases, the dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days, then recombined or, in the case of the bacon dressing, reheated when needed.
