Summer Main Dish Recipes

These are some of the main dish recipes I love to make in the summer for everyday fare or casual entertaining. Most are light, easy to prepare and budget-friendly. Many of the meats and some of the vegetables are grilled because, like many of you, I prefer cooking outdoors as much as possible during the summer. However, all of the recipes can be prepared indoors. I also took seasonal foods into consideration. Seafood, summer vegetables and many fruits are especially tasty and less expensive during the local harvest.
